A helper operations for the array of NameDynAnyPair (NameDynAnyPair[]). Following the 1.5 JDK specifications, DynAny (and hence the sequence of structures, containing DynAny) is always a local object. Hence the two methods of this helper (read(InputStream) and write(OutputStream,NameDynAnyPair[]) are not in use, always throwing MARSHAL.
