Class Logger
Provides a simple logging mechanism for GNU inetlib and providers.
It is not possible to use the java.logging API as this doesn't exist
prior to Java 1.4.
config

Logs a configuration message.
This is used by the inetlib implementation itself.

Logs an error.

getInstance
public static Logger getInstance()
Returns the singleton instance of this class.
log
public void log(String protocol,
String message)
Logs a provider-specific debugging message.

public static void setInstance(Logger logger)
Sets the singleton instance of this class.
