Parse the HTML text, calling various methods of the provided callback in response to the occurence of the corresponding HTML constructions.
Parameters:
reader - The reader to read the source HTML from.
callback - The callback to receive information about the parsed HTML structures
ignoreCharSet - If true, the parser ignores all charset information that may be present in HTML documents.
