A helper operations for the structure NameDynAnyPair. Following the 1.5 JDK specifications, DynAny (and hence any structure, containing DynAny) is always a local object, so the two methods of this helper (read(InputStream) and write(OutputStream,NameDynAnyPair) are not in use, always throwing MARSHAL.

type

Create the NameDynAnyPair typecode (structure, named "NameDynAnyPair"). The typecode states that the structure contains the following fields: id, value.
