This exception is raised on an attempt to register a second
org.omg.PortableInterceptor.Interceptor with the same name.
For each
org.omg.PortableInterceptor.Interceptor type, only
one
org.omg.PortableInterceptor.Interceptor of a given name can
be registered with the
ORB.
