public static NameValuePair[] extract(Any any)

Extract the NameValuePairSeq from given Any. This method uses the NameValuePairSeqHolder.

Throws: BAD_OPERATION if the passed Any does not contain NameValuePairSeq.

Get the NameValuePairSeq repository id.

Returns: "IDL:omg.org/DynamicAny/NameValuePairSeq:1.0", always.
